I Wish The Multiclad Pro Had These Features
- A double boiler is needed to make pasta and unfortunately this is one thing this set is missing.
- Had a better preheating with the cookware to help ensure that it is warmed up before you start to cook the food.
- Lids are important, but I really like being able to see down to my food when it is cooking and with this set it uses only the stainless steel lids, that are tight fitting, but cannot let you see down in them.
