Well, you may think because a lot of our products mention cooking evenly, and heat retention that it does not matter which one you pick. They are heavier, but you have to remember this is because it uses more cast iron to get the pan made. So you will want to find a heavier pan is going to last you longer, but because of the thickness of the metal make cooking easier to handle as well.
