Since this is the case, I really wish this bracelet was a little bit larger around as it would really be helpful and open the bracelet up to more people who are on the larger side.

I have to admit, with anxiety I really love the smell of Lavender as it seems to have a calming effect on me. However, I also have to admit when I get in large crowds it is very difficult for me to whip out a bottle of oils and smell it. That is what I really love with the Mana Vibes Lava Rock and Amazonite essential oil jewelry. All I have to do is take a quick sniff of the lava beads and can start to experience some of the calming effects without making it known that I am using the oils to help calm me. Overall, I would highly recommend this bracelet.
