I know that I have already talked up the garbage can quite a bit. However, what you need to realize is this can does have some drawbacks. These drawbacks are not as numerous, which is why I love this can, but they are present and it can hurt the overall value of the can in your eyes.
1.Sensor issues can start to come up with the can
Lets face it the sensor is one of the main reasons why you are going to buy the can. However, it has been reported that some of the cans have had sensor issues over time. When they have these issues it often means you have to open the can manually, but even then you will be able to get the can open and use it still.
2.Battery cover is easy to pull off on accident

A lot of times you will find if you are not careful when you are pushing the trash down you can accidentally push the battery cover off of the can.
