However, this will also make it easier for you to cook all the different foods, including the tomato products or high acidic products because the enameling is going to help you out in getting the foods prepared and make it easier for you to enjoy the food because you can cook all the food you want with this item.
• Since this is an enameled piece you may have to be concerned about the temperature rating. However, this is an item that is rated in the oven to 500 degrees and this will make it easier for you to cook almost any food you want to have, but also going to have a great product that is going to help you out in getting the cooking done like you want to have.
• The side handles that are on this cast iron dutch oven will allow you to have the handles be integrated with the body of the dutch oven. This will make it very easy for you to have a great product that is going to keep you cooking and not really have to worry about trying to figure out how you are going to be carrying the food around, but also not going to have to be concerned about trying to figure out what way you can make the food and move it to the table.

What I Like About The Cast Iron Dutch Oven

I like the fact that this is an enameled piece that will make it easier for me to cook all types of food inside of it. This allows me to make all the food that I need to for the day and know I am not going to have more pots than a single one that I  would not want to be using. So this is definitely something that you will like for this product.

I like the fact tha the handles are integrated with the body of the dutch oven. With some of these, I have seen the handles that are screwed into the sides and will fold down. While the solid handles will make it a pain for you to store these, it does make it easier for you to have a great product that is going to last you for a longer period of time and know that it not going to cause you any problems with the handles wearing out on you.

The higher temperature rating of the dutch oven is definitely something else that you are going to like because I know that I like it. This higher temperature rating makes it easier for me to cook all of the food that I want to cook, but also will make it easier for me to get the food at the right temperature to make it easier for me to get the right taste for the food.

What I Did Not Care For

I do not care for the style of the lid here. You will find that this is going to be a great product, but the lid is really going to be something that you could call into question. That is because the handle is going to have the solid attachment that is going to have a little bit of an opening dip at the bottom. However, what you will find is the handle is very easy for you to accidentally wrap around completely with your hand and this could easily cause your hands to get burned.

Well, I have to say this is a great dutch oven, but it will actually be one of those that are enameled. This can easily lead to some of the extra protection that is added into the cast iron. So this is a nice feature. However, at the same time the enameling can chip over at times. So you will want to make sure you know about this and the potential of it getting damaged. Overall, I have to say this is a great dutch oven and if you are in the market for an affordable enamel dutch oven, then the Utopia Kitchen 5 Quart Cast Iron Dutch Oven could be the best option for you.
