What I Like With Directv Now

I will say this I love the fact the customer service is very responsive to your needs. This makes it easier for you to get the problems solved and the best part is you do not have to wait for hours on end for the service guy to show up because you just have to contact them and most of the time it is taken care of in a single contact and usually it is the device you are using just needing reset.

The ability to use multiple television network apps is something else that is great about this service. Now, the number of apps is somewhat limited on what you can log into with your account, which kind of stinks, but I can tell you that since I have joined the service they have added a large number of apps that makes it easier for you to catch up on your favorite shows and binge watch quite a few of them.

Ease of use is something else that I really like with the Directv Now service. While I know it does seem clunky at first and you do have to search for your favorite shows and networks, unless you want to scroll through the channels in the guide, it is very easy to use and straightforward as well.

What I Dislike With Directv Now

The one major drawback that I have with the service is it is still new and as it is growing it does have some growing pains. This means you will have the app getting updated from time to time, but it also means it can run slow! I can tell you from experience, that I was flipping through the channels one day and got stuck on a screen that kept saying this video is taking longer than normal to load. While you may claim this was just my Internet, I clicked home on my Roku and loaded up YouTube and I can tell you that it worked perfectly fine without any pausing issues all within about 5 seconds of having the issue with Directv Now.

Who Is Directv Now Suited For? 

This is one TV streaming service that is not for everyone. I know that as much as I would like it to work for everyone, it will not. Some people will not care for the live TV or some people will not like the delay at times in getting the shows or guide loaded. I will admit I have been using this service for some time now so I do know that it has quite a few faults.
