The place is in the second generation of ownership and it shows that the owners are present during the operation, but also they have pride in the restaurant. The place has some of the best steaks that we have ever tasted. However, what really sets Bynum’s steakhouse off is it put Indianapolis on the map with its mouth watering 32 ounce prime rib.
2. Saint Elmo Steakhouse
This place has been around for years and is located just around the corner from the convention center. What has really set Saint Elmo’s steakhouse off is the world famous shrimp cocktail that is known for its spicy shot. As far as the steaks go, people tend to love the stunning New York Strip. Throw in the great staff and you have a fantastic time eating out.
3. Fogo de Chao @fogorestaurants
Living in and visiting Indianapolis you would not really think about finding a Brazilian cuisine. However, what you need to realize is Fogo de Chao offers some of the best foods around, but they are prepared to the proper Brazilian standard. This is going to allow you to have some of the most unique steaks around, but also have a chance to explore some of the different flavors that you never really think about eating before. Overall, a great experience and when you throw in the fact that it is in the zipper building because of how it is shaped and you will have a unique experience.
4. Mo’s A Place For Steaks @MosSteaksIndy
Mo’s is definitely a place for steaks and when you are eating here you will find it is going to be top notch and the filets are easily the best steaks around. Throw in the fact that this is one of the few restaurants that we found in Indianapolis and the surrounding area to get Kobe beef from, it is easy to see why this is going to be one of the best options for some great steaks to eat.
5. Prime 47 @Prime47Indy
Using heirloom foods is going to be one of the great things that you will enjoy with this location. They use a lot of the heirloom foods that you will enjoy, but also use the USDA prime cuts for the steaks. So you are going to be able to get a steak that is perfectly prepared by the processing, but throw in the expert cooking from Prime 47 and you have a great meal that you can enjoy because it is perfectly prepared.
