We do enjoy our traveling and the food we get to experience. However, the one aspect that we find hard is selecting the best steakhouse to go out and eat at. We have already covered a couple of the best steakhouses in Indianapolis and have ranked the five best steakhouses in Indianapolis. In this review we are going to cover Fogo de Chao, a Brazilian style steakhouse.

Our Favorite Steak From Fogo de Chao
Now this was a challenge because we have found it very difficult to narrow down the steaks that we wanted to eat. The steak that we really love here is the Beef Ancho. This steak is one that we found as being cooked to perfection at the location. The side dish that we like to get from the restaurant is the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. These mashed potatoes are going to add a perfect taste and side dish for your steak that you have put into the food that you are going to eat. Either way, this steak and side dish combination is going to be a filling meal that you will be talking about back at the hotel.
What Dish We Did Not Care About
The main dish that we did not like at Fogo, comes from the seafood selection. When we are at a steakhouse we want to have a steak. Yes, we know that not everyone is going to care about the steaks that are being served and want to have an option. However, Indianapolis is no where near the sea and the one dish that we do not like is the Smoked Salmon. This dish while well balanced does not float our tastebuds like we thought it would and that is mainly because we see all the great steaks coming out by our table while we are eating a piece of salmon.
Our Final Thoughts On Fogo de Chao
Atmosphere that is present at Fogo is definitely going to be a major plus as the place has a relaxed type of fit, but it also has a great feel to it as well that is going to make you feel welcome. On top of the great atmosphere you will notice the location has great food. The steaks are generally cooked to perfection and if you do have an issue you can tell your waiter and they are going to be taken care of right away. Overall, the third spot is a great location for the Fogo de Chao and I would definitely recommend giving it a shot if you are close by.
